Flights operated by ANA Group will arrive at Terminal 1.
On the 1st floor of Terminal 1 (arrival terminal), there are immigration booths. After passing through immigration, take an escalator or elevator down to the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is the baggage claim area and customs. Proceed through these accordingly. There is also a currency exchange booth, an information counter, ATMs, and toilets. Leave the building for bus stops and taxi stands.
Customers with goods to declare should submit a Customs Declaration forms.

Flights operated by ANA Group will depart from Terminal 1 of Perth Airport.
On the ground floor of Terminal 1, there are ANA check-in counters. After check-in, please take an elevator or escalator up to level 1 and proceed to immigration and security. After passing through immigration and security, passengers should head toward their boarding gate on level 2. On level 1 of Terminal 1, there are toilets and ATMs. On level 2 of Terminal 1, there are toilets, ATMs and public telephones, and near Gate 51 and 52 there is the Air New Zealand International Lounge.
Perth International Airport has 4 terminals (T1 to T4). ANA arrives and departs from T1, the largest terminal with major international air routes. T1 and T2 are next door, and T3 and T4 are on the opposite side across from the runway.
The Perth City Shuttle is a shuttle bus connecting the airport, Perth city center, Fremantle, and areas along the Sunset Coast. Reservations are generally required (by phone or online).
The city's public transportation system, Transperth can be taken from Perth International Airport (T1 and T2, T3 and T4). Bus Rt. 380 can be taken from T1 where ANA arrives and departs and T2 (Bus Rt. 40 can also be taken from T3 and T4). The bus route runs through Adelaide Terrace, which is lined with major hotels, to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station in the city center.
All visitors to Australia require a visa or authority to enter the country. However, some visitors who will only be in Australia for short-term tourism or business purposes may apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) via the ETA System (ETAS). For more visa-related details, please go here.
