Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building Ticket Counter
Opening hours: 9:00 to 18:00
Address: Mitsubishi Building Ground Floor 2-5-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

(Map) Exit Tokyo Station from the Marunouchi South Exit, head toward “KITTE,” cross the street at the light and then proceed to the right. When you see the Post Office mailbox, cross the street at the light and go left. Walking along the street you will see to the right of the bus stop the Mitsubishi Building. The counter is on the first floor of this building.

Important Notices

  • Applicable for ANA operated flight with ANA flight number only (NH). Codeshare flights are not applicable.
  • Please show your original boarding pass. Photo of boarding pass are not permitted.
  • You can exchange only at the Sky Hop Bus Ticket Counter on the ground floor of the Mitsubishi Building in Marunouchi.
  • One boarding pass can be exchanged for one item. (Limited to customers boarding ANA International flights.)
  • As it is limited to the first 200 customers, the campaign will end as soon as it runs out. We appreciate your understanding.
