Ginza Hyakuraku Collaboration Meal List
Ginza Hyakuraku
Ginza Hyakuraku is a prestigious kaiseki restaurant on Sukiyabashi street in Tokyo's Ginza district whose secluded location attracts famous figures from various walks of life. At the restaurant, dishes are created using the highest quality ingredients from across Japan that reflect the colors of the season, and are served with meticulous Japanese hospitality. Savor the gentle, delicate flavors that reflect the personality of Tomiya Hirota, the restaurant's owner-chef.
In Premium Class, hot meals are served during lunch and dinner hours on flights connecting Haneda, Itami, Kansai, Sapporo (New Chitose), Fukuoka, and Okinawa (Naha) Airports.

During light meal hours, a selection of sweets, which change monthly, and ANA's original light meals will be served.


Mamemasa
Established in 1884, Mamemasa uses only the finest beans and spring water from Kyoto to create handmade confectionery. Its lineup is comprised of around 30 different kinds of bean snacks including Ebisugawa Multicolored Beans (a Kyoto specialty) and traditional Japanese confectionery made from beans, including Kyoto-style variants.
December (on even-numbered flights): Kyo-no-Marumado (waffle); Cashew White and Curry Beans (bean snacks)

Ginza Sembikiya
Ginza Sembikiya is a fruit store that was established 125 years ago. As the very first business in Japan to open a fruit parlor, it made the best-tasting fruits of the season into something to be enjoyed by all. Even to this day, the store continues to present original flavors while remaining loyal to its traditions by developing new desserts and novel ways of enjoying fruit.

The Peninsula Boutique & Café
The Peninsula Hotel Tokyo has lovingly and respectfully embraced the traditions of Asia's oldest hotel group. Its B1 floor is home to The Peninsula Boutique & Café, which boasts an array of gift and take-away options including desserts, The Peninsula's popular chocolate line, baked goods, and original items offered by The Peninsula Hotel Tokyo.

An elegant, harmonious Réserve produced by the Jean-Noël Haton Champagne House, est. in 1928. Perennial bubbles and gentle acidity sparkle on the palate. Acacia blossom notes and delicate hints of menthol embellish aromas of freshly squeezed pineapple and grapefruit juices.

This selection is served on Fights between Haneda and locations other than Itami, Sapporo (New Chitose), Fukuoka, and Okinawa (Naha).

Vegetable juice is also available for customers who would like a healthier option. From December to February, we are offering "Koiwai additive-free blended vegetable & fruit juice".
This drink is made without added flavors of salt from a mix of 32 fruits and vegetables selected by koiwai.
* On some short-haul flights, refreshments will be served instead of meals.
* Food and drink services may be suspended depending on flight conditions.
* For domestic flights, we do not accept requests for special in-flight meals (e.g., allergen-free meals). Thank you for your understanding.
* With the exception of the sweets served during light meal hours, please do not take meals from the aircraft.
* If you must take a meal with you for unavoidable reasons, please note the storage instructions and expiration date on the label.
* The champagne or sparkling wine served may change on some routes, depending on changes of aircraft or other factors.
