Information Regarding Services and Options

In March, April, August, Golden Week and New Year holidays, delivery of Service Compo options takes longer than usual.Please note that if you apply just before the application deadline, some products may not be delivered in time by departure.
Depending on traffic regulation, road congestion, bad weather and traffic conditions at the time of disaster, pick-up and drop-off of Vehicles for Hire Service, pick-up of Airport Baggage Delivery service, and delivery of Service Compo options may be delayed.
The number of points required and details for some service options are subject to change. If the service is discontinued, the product is no longer manufactured, or the product is no longer available, we will either provide an equivalent service / product or discontinue the service / product.
Product warranties do not extend to countries outside Japan. Please make sure to check the operation of the product before departing Japan.

By 2 Weeks Prior to Departure

ANA Airport TA-Q Bin (Baggage Delivery) Service

■6 points (1 piece)

Your baggage will be picked up from your designated location (your home or your office) and delivered to the departure airport for the international flight. Eligible airports: Narita, Haneda, and Kansai. On the departure day, in the airport, please retrieve your baggage at the specified counter for baggage delivery, after that check it in ANA counter.

Baggage more than 30kg or 200cm per piece cannot be accepted due to the restrictions from a shipping company. Please make sure their rules are different from ANA's baggage allowance policy (e.g. up to 23kg/158cm per piece for Economy Class)

Customers connecting from domestic flights to international flights should use this service with plenty of time for connecting.

ANA Airport TA-Q Bin(Baggage Delivery) Service of Job Transfer Compo is not eligible for mileage accrual.

Cancellation / change of baggage collection may not be accepted depending on the progress of arrangement. Customers are responsible for the procedures and fees for withdrawing the collected baggage.
