When making reservations and purchase through the WEB/
Online Booking
1) Reservation and purchase must be completed through
ANA Website.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed
before purchase.

Purchase: whichever is earlier following deadline
At the same time as reservation

First class Round Trip / Circle Trip / Open Jaw Trip

• Child (2 - 11 years of age), Infant occupying a seat (under 2
  years of age): Not applicable
• Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age):
  90% off adult fares

Permitted

• Fare must be adjusted if the change results in a fare difference.

UA flight

Destination is Canada only : 3 each way in US/CA, 1 free transfer is required in USA in each way

Permitted

Business class or Economy class is offered on those flights
without First class.

Permitted

The most restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary
when you purchase a ticket combining two separate fare
conditions on a half round basis.

Before departure

Cancel reservation before the departure time of the 1st flight :
Permitted with TWD 3,500 cancellation fee for refund.

• TWD 3,500 no-show fee applied for refund if no-show.

After departure

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and 
the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown and 
cancellation fee of TWD 3,500 applies. 
There may be no refund value.
