When making reservations and purchase through the WEB/Online Booking
1) Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA Website.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.

Premium Economy One-way / Round Trip / Circle Trip / Open Jaw Trip

• Child (2 - 11 years of age), Infant occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 25% off adult fares
• Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 90% off adult fares

Permitted

• if no-show, changes not permitted.
• Fare, taxes and other charges must be adjusted if the change results in a difference.

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown.

Exception to reservation change: The rule for either outbound or inbound will apply respectively. When both outbound and inbound are changed at the same time and a change fee applies, the higher fee applies

• Domestic flights within Thailand: Valid on Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways flight only.
• International flights between Thailand and Myanmar/ Hong Kong/Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh/Kuala lumpur/Phnom Penh: Valid on ANA Code-Share flight. Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, Myanmar Airways, Eva, Cathay Pacific Airways, Viet Nam Airlines, Malaysia Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines flight only.
• International flights between Myanmar/ Hong Kong/Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh/Kuala lumpur/Phnom Penh and Japan: Valid on ANA operated flight only.
• International flights to/from Japan: Valid on ANA operated flights only.
  Code-share flights operated by partner carriers are not permitted.
• Domestic flights within Japan: Valid on ANA flights only.

Before departure

Permitted with THB 2,000 cancellation fee for refund.

After departure

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown and cancellation fee of THB 2,000 applies. There may be no refund value.
