1) Reservation and purchase must be completed through
ANA Website.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed
before purchase.

  years of age): 25% off adult fares

Before departure

Permitted with SGD 75 cancellation fee for refund.

• SGD 75 no-show fee applied for refund if no-show.

After departure

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and
the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown, less
cancellation fee of SGD75. There may be no refund value.

The most restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary
when you purchase a ticket combining two separate fare
conditions on a half round basis.

Due to the change of aircraft, Premium Economy seats may
not be available.
