• International flights between Indonesia and Japan:
  ANA and United flights only.
• International flights between Indonesia(exclude Jakarta) and Singapore:
  PT.Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights only.
• International flights between Singapore and Japan:
  ANA and United flights only.
• International flights to/from USA(Trans-pacific): ANA and United
  flights only.
• Within USA: ANA, United flights only.
• International flights between USA and Latin America:
  ANA, United flights only.
• Within Latin America: Avianca, Lan Airlines, Copa Airlines, Taca Airlines, Aerolineas Argentina and United flights only.
• Within Brasil: TAM Airlines flights only.

Economy class is offered on those flights without Business
class.

Permitted without cancel charge

The most restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary
when you purchase a ticket combining two separate fare
conditions on a half round basis.

Upgrade Points are permitted only in Tokyo(Narita)-USA(Except 
Honolulu) sectors.

Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and
the applicable Published Carrier Fare for travel flown and
cancellation fee of IDR 2,852,000 applies.
