1) Please complete the reservation / purchase in ANA SKY WEB (Hong Kong Site).
2) Reservations for all sectors must be confirmed
at the time of purchase.
3) Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing
must be completed at the same time.

Through ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office or travel agents
Reservation and purchase can be made through ANA Office or
travel agent.
Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before payment
and ticketing.

Business class round-trip and Single open-jaw trip

Child 2-11 years of age: 75% of adult fare
Infant under 2 years of age not occupying seat: 10% of adult fare
Infant under 2 years of age occupying seat: 75% of adult fare

Changes permitted.

• If no-show, changes are not permitted.
• Difference of fares/taxes/surcharges will be collected or
  refunded for the above changes if required.

ANA Group Operating Flights only.
With Japan Domestic Add-On flights: ANA Group Operating and
ANA Code-share Flights only.

The most restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary
when you purchase a ticket combining two separate fare
conditions on a half round trip basis.

After Departure
Refund due will be the difference between the fare paid, and
