When making reservations and purchase through the WEB/Online Booking
1) Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA Website.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.

Economy class One-way / Round Trip / Circle Trip / Open Jaw Trip

• Child (2 - 11 years of age), Infant occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 25% off adult fares
• Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 90% off adult fares

• if no-show, changes not permitted.
• Fare, taxes and other charges must be adjusted if the change results in a difference.

Before departure

Permitted without cancellation fee for refund.

After departure

For refunds after departure, the refunded amount will be based on the fare paid less the applicable fare for travel flown, which may result in no refund value.

When combined, the more restrictive rule will apply to the whole itinerary.
Exception to reservation change: The rule for either outbound or inbound will apply respectively. When both outbound and inbound are changed at the same time and a change fee applies, the higher fee applies
