Changes are permitted at USD300.00 per change.
Any difference in fare, taxes or surcharge must be collected 
or refunded at the time of reissue.
When fares with different change penalties or no penalty 
are combined, the most restrictive penalty applies.   

[Other than the First Ticketed Flight]
Changes are permitted at USD300.00 per change.
Changes can't be made to any transpacific flight without 
Premium Economy Class or codeshare flights 
operated by other airlines.
Changes to the origin/destination, transfer point and stop
over are permitted provided any difference in fare, taxes
or surcharge is collected or refunded.
Peak return surcharge may apply.
Also, the change must be made at least one day prior to 
the previously scheduled flight.

For the roundtrip itinerary: 
2 permitted in Japan - 1 in each direction at USD100.00 
each 
For the one way itinerary:  
1 permitted in Japan at USD100.00 each

[Before Departure]

Tickets are non-refundable.
However, full value of wholly unused ticket may be applied 
towards purchase of a new ticket priced at equal or higher 
value upon payment of the change fee contained in this rule 
within 1 year from the original date of issue, provided
original reservations are cencelled prior to originally 
scheduled flight. 
Any difference in fare, taxes, fees and/or surcharges 
must be collected at time of reissue. 
Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

[After departure]

Tickets are non-refundable.

Fare can be combined on a half round trip basis with other ANA 
fares and most restrictive rule will apply to the entire ticket.
