Passengers on ANA-operated international flights are invited to spend time in ANA lounges and/or ANA-affiliated lounges.
Eligibility varies by both boarding class and member status—please check the relevant airport lounge page for details.
ANA operates lounges in four airports throughout Japan and Hawaii: Narita, Haneda, Kansai and Honolulu.
In these lounges, you can answer conference calls in the private work areas, take a moment for yourself in the relaxation zones or enjoy a delicious chef-cooked meal—all while waiting for your flight.
There are a multitude of airport lounges across the world that caters to passengers on ANA-operated and/or Star Alliance-operated flights. Please see below for a complete list of participating airports.
To ensure safety and comfort in lounges operated by ANA and/or ANA-affiliated companies, we appreciate your adherence to the following rules.
If you do not follow the rules above, we may restrict lounge usage as well as boarding and cancel your ANA Mileage Club membership in accordance with our Conditions of Carriage and the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions.
Based on the ANA Privacy Policy, we will not accept requests to provide information about other customers without their consent.
