Flights operated by the ANA Group will arrive at Terminal 1 of Singapore Airport.

Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 should proceed through immigration, the baggage claim area, and then customs on level 1 . Connecting passengers should perform the necessary procedures at Transfer Counter C or D on level 2 in Terminal 1, and then use the Skytrain to go to Terminal 2 or 3. On level 2, there are also currency exchange booths and an information counter.

Flights operated by ANA group will arrive at Terminal 1 of Singapore Airport.

On level 2, there is also Transfer Counter F, the Skytrain station for Terminal 3, and information counters. Go down to level 1 to go through Immigration, Quarantine, baggage claim and Customs. After Customs, there is an information counter, the Singapore Visitor Center, the Ground Transport Centre (for reservation counters for the airport shuttle and limousine services), bus stops, taxi stands, escalators, elevators and more.

Immigration

Please present your passport, Immigration card and Customs Declaration Form on arrival.

Customs

Please follow the red line if you need to submit a tax application at Customs, or the green line if you don't need to.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

In Singapore, most goods are subject to a consumption tax (GST) of 7%, which travelers can get back by applying for a refund. The refund is available only at the shops with display of "TAX FREE SHOPPING," "TAX FREE FOR TOURISTS" or "TAX REFUND." You can also visit a GST counter at the airport.

Flights operated by ANA group depart from Terminal 1 of Singapore Airport.

At row 9 near Entrance 2 on level 2 of Terminal 1, there are check-in counters. The early check-in counter is in row 8 and open from 06:00 to 23:59. After check-in, proceed to immigration. Passengers who wish to use a lounge should take the escalator up to the SATS Premier Lounge (for Business Class passengers; available from 3 hours prior to departure onward).

  • If you have items to declare in your checked baggage, please go to the GST tax refund counter before Immigration.
  • Passengers seeking a refund of the GST should receive a stamp at Customs, go through Immigration, and proceed to the GST refund counter to get the refund.

After going through Immigration, passengers should proceed to their gate or lounge.

Passengers connecting to ANA from another airline should check in at Transfer Counter E next to the Skytrain Station for Terminals 2 and 3, and then proceed to the boarding gate or lounge.

  • Lounge visitors should use the SATS Premier Club Lounge (for Business Class passengers; available from 3 hours prior to departure onward) on level 2, or take the escalator up to level 3 to access the SATS Premier Club Lounge, the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, and the SilverKris Lounge.

On level 2, you'll also find the subway exit for arriving passengers, information counters, Skytrain stations, and Transfer Counter F.

Airport Map Information

This is a terminals map. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are connected by the Skytrain. Between terminals 2 and 3, the train passes through Jewel, a shopping mall. Passengers can take the shuttle bus to move between terminals 2 and 4. Terminal 3 contains transfer counters A and B, Terminal 1 contains transfer counters C and D, and Terminal 2 contains transfer counters E and F. Passengers connecting to or from an ANA flight should perform the necessary procedures at transfer counter E.

Transfer from ANA to other airlines (domestic and international flights)

Check-in procedure are requested to passengers connecting to flights that depart from Terminal 1 at connecting counter C or D, and passengers connecting to flights that depart from Terminal 3 at connecting counter A or B.

Transfer from other airlines (domestic and international flights) to ANA

Please go to Terminal 1 Counter D to prepare for your next flight.

Moving Between Terminals
  • Skytrain services will be closed:
    • From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 from 1 May 2020 till further notice.
    • From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 from 1 May 2020 to 1 June 2020.
  • Passengers can use the 2 Jewel Link Bridges to travel between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 and between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 respectively.
  • Passengers going from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 can take the lift to level 1 and connect to the respective terminal via Jewel on foot.
  • Passengers going from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 can take the escalator to level 3 and use the Link Bridge to Jewel and connect to Terminal 1 via Jewel level 1 on foot.
  • Passengers going from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 can use the Link Bridge to Jewel and connect to Terminal 1 via Jewel level 1 on foot.

  • Time required: Approx. 30 to 40 minutes
  • Fare: S$2.8 one way (up to the bus stop along Orchard Road)
  • Operating hours: Around 6:00 a.m. to 10:50 p.m. (8 to 12 minutes intervals)

Train

MRT Airport Line, East West Line
MRT Stations (Airport Line) in Changi airport terminals 2, 3 → Tanah Merah Station (transfer to the East West Line) → City Hall Station
  • Time required: Approx. 40 minutes
  • Fare: S$2.6 one way
  • Operating hours: 5:31 a.m. (5:59 a.m. on Sundays/Public Holidays) to 11:18 p.m. (7 to 12 minutes intervals)

Taxi

  • Time required: Approx. 20 to 30 minutes
  • Fare: S$20 to 35 (extra charge during nighttime, and the price will be around $30 to 45)
  • Operating hours: 24 hours

Airport shuttle service (As of December 2021, service is suspended)

The City Shuttle takes passengers to major hotels in the city (except Sentosa Island and hotels in Changi Village). Make reservations via counters located in the arrival hall of Changi Airport terminals 1, 2, or 3. You can apply at the counter in the arrivals hall at any terminal of Changi Airport.

  • Time required: Approx. 20 to 30 minutes
  • Fare: Adult S$9 one way, Child (12 years old and under) S$6
  • Operating hours: 24 hours (30 minutes intervals)
