Airport Map Information
Arriving passengers should take the escalator or stairs from the 1st floor to the ground floor. Passengers connecting to international flights should go to the international transit counter and then through the X-ray machine and security check for international transit. There are also toilets on the 1st floor. On the ground floor, proceed to the Visa On Arrival Counter then through immigration, the baggage claim area, and customs. After passing through these, passengers connecting to Cambodia domestic flights should go toward the domestic and international departure terminal. On the ground floor, there is also the domestic flight area, the entrance to the domestic and international departure terminal, information counters, toilets, bus stops, and taxi stands.

Departing passengers should check in on the ground floor. The ticketing counter is located near the escalators. After check-in, take the escalator up to the first floor. On the ground floor, there are also information counters, toilets, bus stops and taxi stands. On the 1st floor, there are immigration booths and a security checkpoint. Please go through these accordingly. Passengers should then proceed to the boarding gate. Customers who wish to use the Plaza Premium Lounge should take the escalator up to the mezzanine level (2nd floor). On the 1st floor, there is also the international transit counter and the security checkpoint for international transit. On the mezzanine level, as well as the lounge there are also toilets.

Transit

Passengers Transiting from ANA to Cambodian Domestic Flight
  • You are required to collect your bags and clear Customs and Quarantine in Phnom Penh.
  • Turn left after the Arrival Lobby and proceed to the domestic flight check-in counter in the Departure Lobby.
Passengers Transiting from Cambodian Domestic Flights to ANA
  • You are required to collect your bags in Phnom Penh.
  • Turn left after the Arrival Lobby and proceed to the ANA check-in counter in the Departure Lobby.
Passengers Transiting from International Flights
  • You don’t need to enter Cambodia. After arriving, please proceed through the corridor at the side of the staircase and walk down to the Ground Floor—this is where you’ll find the International Flight Transit Counter.
  • If you have not checked in for a connecting flight, proceed to the gate for a connecting flight through a transit security check.
    • Please contact security staff, airport staff or an ANA staff member if you can’t find any staff at the transit counter.

Note: You may need to enter Cambodia and check-in at a Departure Lobby counter when connecting with certain airlines. It is your responsibility to check with the airlines you’re connecting with.

Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) to Phnom Penh city

Taxi etc.

Taxi
  • Platform: Taxi stand just outside the airport exit
  • Time required: About 20 to 30 min. to the city center (it may take over an hour if you get stuck in evening traffic)
  • Fare: US$12 to 15
  • Operating hours: 24 hours a day
  • * There is also a taxi dispatch service called "Grab", which requires a dedicated app to use, that is usually cheaper than flat-rate or metered taxis from the airport.
Tuk-tuk
  • Platform: Taxi stand just outside the airport exit
  • Time required: About 20 to 30 min. to the city center (it may take over an hour if you get stuck in evening traffic)
  • Fare: US$7 to 12
  • Operating hours: 24 hours a day

Bus

The no. 3 bus runs between the airport and the night market (Sisowath Quay).

  • Platform: The bus stop with a sign reading "Pochentong International Airport" about 100 m away from the airport grounds (just outside the airport parking lot).
    The spot for buses arriving at the airport from the city center is on the opposite side.
  • Time required: About 45 min. (it may take over an hour if you get stuck in evening traffic)
  • Fare: 1500 R one way
  • Operating hours: 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (10 to 15 minutes intervals)

Train

  • Platform: Phnom Penh Airport Station on the airport grounds
  • Time required: About 35 min. to the city center
  • Fare: USD 2.5
  • Operating hours: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (30-minute intervals)
