Flights operated by ANA Group will arrive at Terminal 3.
On the 2nd floor of Terminal 3, there are quarantine and immigration booths, and after passing through these, there is an escalator and elevator down to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, proceed through the baggage claim area and then customs. After passing through these, arriving passengers should proceed toward the exit. Passengers connecting to Philippine Airlines should proceed to the bus stop and take a bus for Terminal 2. On the 1st floor, there also is an information counter, currency exchange booths, taxi stands, a car park, the stop for shuttle buses between terminals (Route 1), and the stop for buses to Toramo (Route 1).
After clearing all the arrival procedures, proceed to the check-in counter or airport terminal of your next flight.

On the 3rd floor of Terminal 3, there are security checkpoints at the entrances to the terminal. Currently, only security checkpoints 1, 2, 3 and 6 are open, while 4 and 5 are closed. After passing through security, proceed to the ANA check-in and ticketing counters (B16 to 23). After check-in, proceed through immigration and then security. On the 3rd floor, there also are bus stops and taxi stands, an information counter, a currency exchange booth, and an IPSC (International Passenger Service Charge) payment counter (PHP 550). Passengers should then proceed to their boarding gate. Passengers who wish to use the PAGSS Lounge should take the elevator up to the 4th floor.

This is the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal map. Terminals 1 to 3 and the domestic terminal are located separately from each other, and passengers must travel between terminals using terminal shuttle buses or taxis via the Domestic Road, NAIA Expressway or the Skyway. ANA flights arrive at and depart from Terminal 3.
Note: Passengers who use connecting Philippine Airlines flights departing from Terminal 2 or connecting flights of ANA from Philippine Airlines flights arriving at Terminal 2 are requested to use the shuttle bus operated between terminals by Philippine Airlines.
