Airport Map Information

Flights operated by ANA group will arrive at KL International Airport (KLIA) in Kuala Lumpur.

In the arrival satellite, there is an information counter, currency exchange booths, and escalators. Arriving passengers should take the Aerotrain to the Contact Pier. On level 4 of the Contact Pier, there are transfer counters. Go down to level 3 of the Main Terminal and pass through immigration, the baggage claim area, and then customs. On level 3, there are also immigration booths (for transit passengers), transfer counters (domestic to international flights), the baggage claim area for domestic flights, currency exchange booths, and toilets.

  • Business Class passengers are able to use priority lane (the First/Business Class lane) located near the center of Immigration.

Flights operated by ANA group will depart from KL International Airport (KLIA) in Kuala Lumpur. Learn more about the Airport Lounge.

Upon entering through Gate 4 on level 5 of the Main Terminal, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters (Island J). In front of the counters, there are self-service check-in machines (kiosks). After check-in, proceed to level 4. On level 5, there are also domestic flight check-in counters, a currency exchange booth, and toilets. On level 4, there are immigration booths and a security checkpoint. After passing through these, take the Aerotrain to the satellite. In the satellite, there is an information counter and currency exchange booths. Passengers should then proceed to their boarding gate. Passengers who wish to use the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge should take the escalator to level 2.

Fast Track Immigration
  • Business Class passengers are able to use priority lane (the First/Business Class lane) located near the center of Immigration.
  • Please present your passport.
Carry-On Baggage
  • After your carry-on baggage has been inspected at the security checkpoint, it will be subject to another inspection at the boarding gate.
    • Liquids exceeding 100 milliliters in volume (including drinking water in plastic bottles) cannot be taken on board unless purchased at a duty-free store in the departure airport. Note: The liquid must remain inside the designated sealed bag.

Airport Map Information

Passengers connecting from ANA to a Malaysia domestic flight should go from level 4 of the Contact Pier to level 3 of the Main Terminal, and then pass through immigration (for transit passengers) and proceed to the boarding gate for their domestic flight. On level 3, there are also transfer counters (domestic to international flights), currency exchange booths and toilets.

International Flights:

  • Please complete check-in at the connecting counter located in the center of Satellite.
  • After check-in, please proceed to the boarding gate of your connecting flight which is located in Contact Pier or Satellite.

Malaysia Domestic Flights:

  • After Immigration for transit passengers, please proceed to the boarding gate of the connection flight.

Passengers connecting to ANA from a Malaysia domestic flight should proceed to the transfer counter (domestic to international flights) on level 3 of the Main Terminal and then pass through immigration (for transit passengers). After passing through immigration, take an escalator to level 4 of the Contact Pier. On level 3, there are also currency exchange booths and toilets.

Train

Express Rail Link (ERL)
KLIA (Main Terminal) → KL Sentral Station*1 There are two types of trains: KLIA Ekspres (non stop) and KLIA Transit (stops in 3 stations) (the fare is identical)

  • Platform: Level 1 of KLIA
  • Time required: KLIA Ekspres: 28 minutes, KLIA Transit: 35 minutes
  • Fare: RM55 one way, RM100 return
  • Operating hours: Only trains that stop at all stations are in service (6:05 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. / 30 to 60 minute intervals).
    For the foreseeable future, the schedule will change regularly and will be adjusted as the number of passengers increases.

Taxi

Fixed-price Taxi

This is a pre-paid coupon-type taxi service. Purchase the coupons from the counter located after customs, or inside the terminal in front of the taxi terminal. Tell the counter your destination. There are three types: budget, premium, and family

  • Time required: Approx. 60 minutes
  • Fare: (Budget) RM84.30 to the city, (Premium) RM118.70 to the city, (Family) RM223.10 to the city (late-night charge of +50% during 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
  • Operating hours: 24 hours
General Meter Taxi
  • Platform: Level 1 of KLIA
  • Time required: Approx. 60 minutes
  • Fare: Approx. (Budget) RM80 to 100 (Executive) RM130〜150 including highway tolls (late-night charge of +50% during 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.). General taxi usage charge of RM4 is required separately at the counter within the airport.
  • Operating hours: 24 hours

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) KLIA (Main Terminal) to KLIA2 (LCC Terminal)

Train

Express Rail Link
There are two types of trains: KLIA Ekspres (non stop) and KLIA Transit (the fare is identical)
  • Platform: Bus Terminal located on the basement floor of KLIA (Level 1)
  • Time required: 3 minutes
  • Fare: RM2 one way
  • Operating hours: 6:37 a.m. to 11:47 p.m. For the foreseeable future, the schedule will change regularly and will be adjusted as the number of passengers increases.

Free Shuttle Bus

  • Time required: 15 to 30 minutes (The bus from KLIA2 to KLIA takes some time as it passes through the parking lot)
