Flights operated by ANA group will arrive at KL International Airport (KLIA) in Kuala Lumpur.
In the arrival satellite, there is an information counter, currency exchange booths, and escalators. Arriving passengers should take the Aerotrain to the Contact Pier. On level 4 of the Contact Pier, there are transfer counters. Go down to level 3 of the Main Terminal and pass through immigration, the baggage claim area, and then customs. On level 3, there are also immigration booths (for transit passengers), transfer counters (domestic to international flights), the baggage claim area for domestic flights, currency exchange booths, and toilets.

Upon entering through Gate 4 on level 5 of the Main Terminal, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters (Island J). In front of the counters, there are self-service check-in machines (kiosks). After check-in, proceed to level 4. On level 5, there are also domestic flight check-in counters, a currency exchange booth, and toilets. On level 4, there are immigration booths and a security checkpoint. After passing through these, take the Aerotrain to the satellite. In the satellite, there is an information counter and currency exchange booths. Passengers should then proceed to their boarding gate. Passengers who wish to use the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge should take the escalator to level 2.
Passengers connecting from ANA to a Malaysia domestic flight should go from level 4 of the Contact Pier to level 3 of the Main Terminal, and then pass through immigration (for transit passengers) and proceed to the boarding gate for their domestic flight. On level 3, there are also transfer counters (domestic to international flights), currency exchange booths and toilets.

Passengers connecting to ANA from a Malaysia domestic flight should proceed to the transfer counter (domestic to international flights) on level 3 of the Main Terminal and then pass through immigration (for transit passengers). After passing through immigration, take an escalator to level 4 of the Contact Pier. On level 3, there are also currency exchange booths and toilets.
