Flights operated by ANA Group will arrive at Terminal 1.

On the 2nd floor of the arrival terminal, there are quarantine and immigration booths. Upon arrival, proceed to the closest quarantine and immigration booths. Passengers arriving at arrival gates A113 to 123 who are connecting to an international flight should proceed to the quarantine and immigration booths closest to arrival gates A113 to 123. After passing through quarantine and immigration, take the escalator down to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, there is the baggage claim area, customs, a baggage service counter, and a currency exchange booth. Leave the building through exit E1 for the bus stops and taxi stands.

  • Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms.
  • If you have items to declare, please go to the red counter.
  • If you do not have any items to declare, please go to the green counter.

Flights operated by ANA Group will depart from Terminal 1. Learn more about the Airport Lounge.

Bus stops and taxi stands are also located on the 3rd floor of the departure terminal. All departing passengers, including those arriving by bus or taxi, should proceed to the ANA check-in and ticketing counters (NH934/924: J17 to J22) and perform the check-in procedures. After check-in, proceed to quarantine, customs, security (or the priority security lane), and then immigration. The Guangzhou Airport Lounges are located beyond this.

  • * There is a ticket office in Section A of Terminal 1, but there is no boarding point there. After purchasing your ticket, you must take a shuttle bus to Section B of Terminal 1.

  • Time required: Approx. 70 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: Before 10:10 p.m. = 22 yuan, 1 yuan increase between 10:10 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (following day)
  • Operating hours: 24 hours (15 to 60 minute intervals)
Route 2 (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → South China Normal University)
Airport (Terminal2→Terminal1B) → Garden Hotel → South Gate of Zoo → TeeMall Plaza → Tianhe Computer City → South China Normal University (Jinan University Bus Stop)→ Guangyun Building
  • Time required: Approx. 90 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: 24 to 29 yuan
  • Operating hours: 11:20 p.m. to 1:40 a.m. (following day) (20 minute intervals)
Route 3 (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Rosedale Hotel & Suites)
Airport (Terminal 2 → Terminal 1 Section B) → Yingbin Hotel → Jiefang Road South → 2nd Workers’ Cultural Palace → Liri Commercial Plaza → Rosedale Hotel & Suites
  • Time required: Approx. 70 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: 25 to 26 yuan
  • Operating hours: Departures at 0:00 a.m., 1:00 a.m. (following day)
Route 4 (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Wanke Shangcheng Imperial Palace)
Airport (Terminal 2 → Terminal 1B) → Guangdong University of Foreign Studies → Lantian Garden → Jingui Gas Station → Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology → Wa King Town Hotel → Huangpu Yigang Garden → Wanke Shangcheng Imperial Palace

  • Time required: Approx. 40 to 50 minutes. The time required varies depending on the traffic conditions.
  • Fare: Approx. 120 yuan to downtown (Fares are subject to increases at night, when traveling slowly, traveling one way, etc.)
