ANA-operated flights will arrive at Terminal 3 of Chennai Airport.
Proceed from Terminal 4 (arrival terminal) to the 1st floor of Terminal 3 to reach the immigration and e-Visa First Entry,Visa On Arrival booths. After passing through these, take the escalator down to the ground floor and proceed through baggage screening, baggage claim, and then customs. On the ground floor, there are currency exchange booths, and there are taxi stands upon leaving the building.
Customers with goods to declare should submit a Customs Declaration forms.

Departing passengers should undergo checked baggage screening on the 2nd floor of Terminal 4 and then check in at an ANA check-in counter (26-31). After check-in, proceed through immigration and then security. After passing through these, please board from Gate 17.
On the 2nd floor, there are also currency exchange booths, a ticketing counter, escalators and elevators. Passengers who wish to use the Travel Club Lounge should take the elevator near security up to the 3rd floor.
Note: The MacBook Pro15 is not allowed on any flights traveling from India, as per the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA/INDIA). It is convenient to get off at Egmore Metro Station for visiting the central area of Chennai city. There is also direct service from Airport Station. Purchase a chargeable prepaid smartcard to ride (Rs10 deposit).

Passengers who would like to travel to a third country via India will require a transit visa. Up to 2 transfers are permitted within the 3-month validity period, with a maximum stay of 3 days in each Indian city.
If a passenger holding a tourist visa departs India within the 6-month validity period, re-entry into India shall not be permitted for 2 months. The Indian government has introduced an electronic tourist visa issuing system—Tourist Visa on Arrival (TVoA) enabled with Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).
Passengers wishing to use the electronic tourist visa issuing system must apply via the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs at least 4 days prior to entering in India. Note: The TVoA application process for Japanese would take more than one or two hours. We strongly recommend you leave enough time to board your outbound connection flight.
