Revision of the ANA Privacy Policy

In Chapter 1.4 “Acquisition of personal information,” we have subdivided the types of personal information obtained by ANA.

In Chapter 2.3 “Our lawful basis for processing personal information,” we have clarified that we will handle personal information within the scope stipulated by law.

In Chapter 2.4 “Request about processing of personal information,” we have clarified customers’ right to make such a request and how to make it.

In Chapter 2.5 “Data sharing which is necessary to provide products or services,” we clarify with whom we will share such information.

In Chapter 4.1 “Acquisition and use of personal information,” we have listed the personal information to be obtained by ANA in the format as specified by law.

In Chapter 4.2 “The sharing of personal information,” we have listed outsourcing companies and others with whom we will share personal information in the format as specified by law.

In Chapter 4.3 “Request about handling of personal information,” we have clarified customers’ right to make such a request and how to make it.

We have revised the application form (“Form requesting disclosure”), which is included in each chapter, to make it easier-to-use for customers.

We have also replaced some expressions used in the Privacy Policy with easier-to-understand ones.
