Information

New applications are no longer being accepted for ANA Value Vouchers as of June 30, 2022.
In the place of ANA Value Vouchers, we have launched the following 2 new services as of July 1, 2022: ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon. (Text is available in Japanese only.)

  Customers who applied for ANA Value Vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use their vouchers until they expire.

  Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.

Eligible Products

ANA Value Vouchers can be used for accommodation and dining experiences at eligible hotels.

ANA Value Vouchers may not be used in some stores and on some products in eligible hotel facilities.

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some hotels may be temporarily closed. Furthermore, restaurants and other establishments within hotels may be temporarily closed or may have reduced their opening hours. For details, please refer to the relevant hotel's website.

Please contact the relevant hotel or the IHG Hotels & Resorts Reservation Centre(accommodations only) and state that you wish to use ANA Value Vouchers when making the reservation.

Vouchers cannot be used for reservations which are made through other channels (travel agencies, etc.).

Vouchers can be used for reservations for eligible hotels which are made through the ANA Traveler’s hotel service.

Payment

Please use cash, Rakuten Edy e-money (not accepted at some hotels and dining establishments), ANA Gift Cards, ANA Travel Vouchers, or credit cards to pay the balance if there are any price differences.

Vouchers can be used for reservations for eligible hotels which are made through the ANA Traveler’s hotel service.

ANA Value Vouchers can be used for payment even when reservations are for ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club member accommodation discounts.

If the face value of the ANA Value Vouchers exceeds the amount due, no change will be given.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, such as ANA Diamond Service accommodation and dining coupons and Shareholder's Benefit Discount Coupons.

Cannot be used for products and plans which require prepayment, or reservations which are made through regular travel agencies or other companies' websites.

Accommodations

Please make payment at the front desk during check-out.

ANA Value Vouchers can also be used toward the payment of any hotel facility or service charges that are incurred during the stay (laundry service, room service, etc.)

Dining

Please provide the ANA Value Vouchers when making payment.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other courtesy or discount coupons for payment of dining expenses.

Cannot be used for payments at the hotel's non-restaurant tenants or for banquet expenses.

About Mileage Accrual

Customers who use ANA Value Vouchers to pay for hotel accommodations can earn the designated mount of miles and points if the accommodation plan is eligible for mileage and IHG Rewards Club point accrual.

In order to accrue mileage, customers must join the IHG Rewards Club (IHG's loyalty program) before their stay and designate ANA Mileage Club miles as their accrual option.

For payments at eligible hotel restaurants, the amount that is paid with ANA Value Vouchers is not eligible for ANA Gourmet Miles/Points.

Regarding Accommodation Discounts for ANA Card and ANA Mileage Club Card Members

When using the Best Flexible rate*1 to stay at eligible hotels, customers will receive a 5%*2 discount. Please state that you are a cardholder when making the reservation and present your card at check-in.

This is a variable rate that is dependent on when the reservation is made as well as the length of the hotel stay.

May not be available on some dates.

This discount cannot be used with temporary ANA Mileage Club membership cards.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons such as Shareholder's Benefit Discount Coupons, products and plans which require prepayment, and reservations made through the ANA Traveler's Hotel service, travel agencies, or other companies' websites.

ANA Diamond Service members and ANA Super Flyers Card cardholders can enjoy a 10% discount on the Best Flexible rate.
