Dollar Rent A Car offers a wide range of popular vehicles, including 7-seater minivans, and attractive rates to meet the needs of customers. One particularly noteworthy option is the "Raku Raku Plan," which includes voluntary insurance and applicable taxes. It also allows customers to return vehicles without refueling them as well as choose between making payment in Japan or doing so at the relevant rental office at the destination.
Extensive support, including a 24-hour toll-free assistance number, is also available for greater peace of mind.
Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day. Customers who have never used car rental services outside Japan can also receive support from call center staff by telephone.

How to Accrue Miles
- When Making Reservations

Contact the Dollar Rent A Car Reservation Center or make the reservation online 48 hours prior to departing Japan. Please enter or provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club number.
- After Arriving at the Destination

When picking up the vehicle from the rental office at the destination, please present the required items (reservation confirmation, driver's license, credit card) as well as your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date
