How to Apply

After redeeming your miles for a Peach Points redemption coupon (e-gift card), please redeem the coupon for Peach Points by the deadline.

Process from Request to Usage

STEP1

Please click on the button showing the number of miles you wish to redeem and then issue your coupon (e-gift).

Login is required for application.

STEP2

Access the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号の照会] page (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (E-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") via My Menu on the ANA website from 7 days after completing your request (i.e., after your miles have been deducted from your account) in order to confirm your coupon's (e-gift card) number and password (PIN code).

STEP3

Access the Peach website and log in to your member account. (Peach membership registration [i.e., account creation] is required for redemption.)

STEP4

Access the Convert to Peach Points [ANA air miles] page via the sub-menu on the Peach Points page (which is accessible from your member page), enter your coupon's number and password, and then issue your Peach Points.

STEP5

To use your Peach Points when paying for a Peach flight ticket, etc., select "Peach Points" and then enter the Peach Points Number and security code that you received upon issuing your points.

Peach Points are valid for 180 days from the date they are issued in Step 4 above.

Coupons (e-gift cards) will be issued as e-coupons. You will be able to confirm your coupon from the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号の照会] page (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Git Card) Number Confirmation"), which is accessible via My Menu on the ANA website, from 7 days after completing your request. Please note that you will not receive a paper coupon.
After a coupon (e-gift card) request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.
Coupons (e-gifts) are used to redeem Peach Points on the Peach website. (They cannot be used to make reservations, etc. with Peach.)
Peach Points will be issued under the name of the Peach account holder. It will not be possible to use the Peach Points to pay for a flight ticket, etc. if the account holder's name is not included among the passengers.
