Customers who applied for coupons/vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use the relevant services until the expiration date shown on their coupons/vouchers.

How to Use
Process

The accommodation service guide is delivered to you.

Make an advance reservation by telephone.

Present your service guide, ANA Mileage Club Card, and credit card on the day of your stay.
How to Make a Reservation
After receiving the service guide, please call the number below to make a reservation in advance.
When making the reservation, state that you wish to use the coupon redeemed with ANA Miles and provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number as well as credit card information.

To secure the reservation, the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and the number and expiration date for a credit card which belongs to a person who is using the accommodation are required. Please have these details ready.

The vouchers/coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the request.
Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Coupons may only be used by the ANA Mileage Club member who requested them and 1 accompanying guest.

Only ANA Mileage Club members who reside in Japan may request this award.
(Please confirm that the postal address that is registered to your ANA Mileage Club member information is an address within Japan.)

Present your service guide (copies are not acceptable), ANA Mileage Club Card, and credit card when checking in at the hotel.

Depending on room availability, you may not be able to make a reservation for your preferred date. We thank you for your understanding.

There are specified periods during which vouchers/coupons may not be used. Please confirm the details when making your reservation.

If you forget to bring the accommodation service guide with you to the hotel, you will be required to pay for the actual standard cost of your stay. In addition, cash or mileage refunds will not be given for vouchers/coupons which are not used.

If a reservation is canceled, the following cancellation fees will apply.
If a cancellation is made, the standard cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card that was used when making the reservation.

Cancellations 4-7 days prior to arrival:20% of the cost for a 1-night stay
Cancellations 2-3 days prior to arrival:50% of the cost for a 1-night stay
Cancellations 24 hours prior to or on the day of arrival:100% of the cost for a 1-night stay
Cancellations without prior notice: 100% of the cost for a 1-night stay

After a voucher/coupon request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.

If a voucher/coupon is used, that transaction will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
