IHG Hotels & Resorts is a global hospitality company with about 6,000 hotels across more than 100 countries. In Japan, IHG ANA Hotels Group Japan, a joint venture between IHG and ANA, was established in December 2006. As of July 2021, there are 5 brands (InterContinental, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, ANA Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Resort), 37 hotels, approximately with 10,000 rooms. IHG's portfolio in Japan continues to expand.
IHG's hotel loyalty program, the largest in the world, is called IHG® Rewards , with its more than 140 million members around the world enjoying a variety of different benefits. (Current as of April 2021)

Accrual Conditions	Membership of IHG Rewards is required. *Please register here if you are not yet a member. Prior to your reservation, please have your IHG Rewards membership number ready. No retroactive miles will be awarded for stays prior to enrolment. Please also confirm the other Mileage Accrual Terms and Conditions. Points to Note Before your stay, please register for IHG Rewards membership via website or app and change your earning preference to miles. Once this is done, please make a reservation under your membership number. If enrolling as IHG Rewards member, after booking your reservation till your check-in Please register for IHG Rewards membership via website or app. Change your earning preference to miles, and inform your IHG Rewards membership number to the hotel you have booked or to the IHG Reservation Centre prior to your stay. Alternatively, you can provide your membership number to the hotel reception staff upon checking in. Registering IHG Rewards membership at the hotel during your first stay Mileage accrual will not be available even if you change your earning preference to miles. If you enroll as an IHG Rewards member at your qualifying stay, you will receive 1,000 Points only, regardless of the length of your stay. You will accrue mileage for subsequent stays. * A "qualifying stay" refers to a hotel reservation made at a rate that qualifies for Point or mileage accrual.
