The coupon/voucher redemption service has been terminated as of June 30, 2022.
In its place, we have launched the following 2 new services as of July 1, 2022: ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon.-

Customers who applied for coupons/vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use the relevant services until the expiration date shown on their coupons/vouchers.

Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.

Required Mileage and Eligible Products
Mercedes me UPSTAIRS Dining Coupons (special dinner for 2, tax and service charges included) can be redeemed with 30,000 miles.

Expiration Date
On the last day of the month, 6 months from the month after the month of issue.
(Example: Coupons issued on April 2 will expire on October 31.)

Coupons which have exceeded their expiration dates will no longer be valid.

Blackout dates (Christmas, year-end and New Year holiday period, special event dates, etc.) apply.

How to Use
Process

The coupons are delivered to you.

Make the reservation with the restaurant at least 1 week in advance.

Present the coupons and your ANA Mileage Club Card upon arrival.
How to Make a Reservation
After receiving the coupons, you must use the contact information below to make a reservation at least 1 week prior to your desired date.
When making the reservation, state that you wish to use the coupons redeemed from ANA miles, provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number, and indicate the pickup address.

You will need to present the coupons and your ANA Mileage Club Card on the actual day.
(*Please write your ANA Mileage Club membership number and name in the coupons and present it to the restaurant staff on the actual day.)

The coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the coupon request.
Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

This benefit may only be used by the ANA Mileage Club member who requested it as well as 1 accompanying guest.

The number of people who can make reservations for each day is limited. *Please understand that it may not be possible to make reservations for your preferred date.
(Those who wish to make reservations for a weekend or national holiday are recommended to do so as early as possible.)

The menu is subject to change for reasons such as ingredient availability.

If you do not bring the coupons with you, you will be asked to pay for the actual cost of the meal. In addition, cash or mileage refunds will not be given for coupons which are not used.

If you cancel on the reserved day or decide not to use the reservation without notifying the restaurant in advance, you will be required to pay for the actual cost of the meal.

After a request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.
