ANA CARD
In addition to credit card points, customers can earn 1 mile for every JPY 100 (or JPY 200) spent when using an ANA Card to make a credit card purchase at an ANA Card Miles Plus merchant.
Credit card points can be used to redeem miles.
Mall
Customers can earn miles when making purchases through ANA Mileage Mall.
AMC
Simply show your ANA Card or provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when using the service, or register in advance to earn miles.
Edy
ANA Mileage Club members who use cards with Edy functionality or OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) devices can earn 1 mile for every JPY 200 spent.
ANA Pay
In addition to the normal amount of mileage accruable with ANA Pay, customers can earn 1 mile for every JPY 100 (or JPY 200) spent when making a purchase at an ANA Pay Miles Plus merchant.
Only code payments are eligible for ANA Pay Miles Plus.
As of November 6, 2023, the ANA Pay Mile Plus service will be terminated.
Shinsei Bank offers exclusive programs for account opening and home loans for ANA Mileage Club members, by which they can earn miles.
Under the account opening program, members can receive miles by opening a bank account, using a GAICA Prepaid Card, making a deposit into a 3-month yen time deposit account, and making a foreign currency deposit. You can earn miles on transactions and when signing up for a home loan!
Partial Change to Account Opening Program
Customers opening an account under this program from August 2020 onward will be able to accrue even more miles with the new service for GAICA Flex Prepaid Cards.

Opening an account = 300 miles
GAICA Pre-paid Card
Earn 150 miles by: 1) Signing up for a GAICA Prepaid Card (with Flex functionality; issued by APLUS), and; 2) Using your Shinsei PowerFlex account to load your GAICA Prepaid Card with at least JPY 10,000 or 80 U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds or Australian dollars, and then using your card to make at least one payment. (Both 1 and 2 must be completed by the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the account was opened.)
Transactions that are made by the end of the second month following the month in which the account was opened are eligible.
Handling fees apply when loading your card with foreign currencies.
A currency exchange fee will apply if you load your card with Japanese yen and then use it to make a purchase outside Japan.
3 month Yen Time Deposit
Earn 300 miles when making a single deposit of JPY 3,000,000 or more into a 3 month Yen Time Deposit account (limited to one time per person)
Transactions that are made by the end of the second month following the month in which the account was opened are eligible.
3 month Yen Time Deposit accounts that are terminated part way through will not be eligible for mileage accrual.

The amount of accrued miles is based on the total Yen-to-foreign currency transaction amount at the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the account was opened.
Yen-to-foreign currency transactions incur currency exchange fees. For example, when exchanging Japanese Yen to U.S. Dollars, JPY 0.15 will apply for every USD (in the case of Shinsei Standard).
Home Loans (New or Refinancing) 10,000 miles for loans with values above JPY 10,000,000
The following customers are not eligible: customers who use "Anshin Pack W (Double)" / "Anshin Pack S," "T Point×Step-down Home Mortgage," or "D pointxStep-down Home Mortgage" corporate partner home loans, Shinsei Bank property accumulation savings benefits, or partner promotions/programs.
New Account: Customers who have opened a new Shinsei PowerFlex account.

Existing account holders are not eligible for mileage accrual.
GAICA Prepaid Card: Customers who, after having opened an account as per 1. above, fulfill the following steps by the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the account was opened: 1) Sign up for a GAICA Prepaid Card (with Flex functionality), and 2) Use their Shinsei PowerFlex account to load their GAICA Prepaid Card with at least JPY 10,000 or 80 U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds or Australian dollars, and then use their card to make at least one payment.
3 month Yen Time Deposit: Customers who, after having opened an account as per 1. above, make a single deposit of JPY 3,000,000 or more into a 3-month time yen deposit account by the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the account was opened. (Limited to one time per person.)
Foreign Currency Deposits: Customers who, after opening the account described in paragraph 1 above, complete foreign currency deposit transactions as described in the Mileage Accrual section.
Yen-to-foreign currency transactions are eligible for mileage accrual.

Procedures to Execute a Home Loan
Apply for a home loan assessment online or by post.
Follow the instructions to submit the required documents for the assessment. You will be informed of the assessment result over the phone or by post.
Confirm the program details from here (available in Japanese only) and apply for the Home Loan Program for Mileage Club Members (available in Japanese only) by 23:59 on the date you enter your loan contract.
Clicking the link will lead to a non-ANA website, at which point the privacy policy of that website will apply to personal information protection.
Opening an Account: By the end of the 4th month following the month in which the account was opened
GAICA Prepaid Card: By the end of the 4th month following the month in which the account was opened

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.
[Points to Note Regarding the Account Opening Program]
Mileage will be accrued by the end of the 5th month following the month in which the account was opened.
Existing Shinsei PowerFlex account holders are ineligible for mileage accrual, and are unable to sign up for this program even upon termination of their existing account.
Customers will not be eligible for mileage accrual if their application contains an incorrect account number, date of birth, or ANA Mileage Club membership number.
Accounts terminated prior to mileage accrual will not be eligible.
3 month Yen Time Deposit accounts that are terminated part way through will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
Retroactive mileage accrual is not permitted if an application is not made in accordance with the methods designated by Shinsei Bank.
This program cannot be used in conjunction with other rewards for opening an account.
For the GAICA Prepaid Card, customers are eligible for mileage accrual if they carry out the following steps by the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the account was opened: 1) Sign up for a GAICA Prepaid Card (with Flex functionality), and; 2) Use their Shinsei PowerFlex account to load their GAICA Prepaid Card with at least JPY 10,000 or 80 U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds or Australian dollars, and then use their card to make at least one payment. A certain number of days will be required from application submission to the completion of enrollment, and we ask that you allow around one week for this upon submitting your application. We also kindly request that you submit your application as early as possible, as you will be asked to submit a second application if there is an issue with the first one.
The card enrollment date will be written on the card mounting paper enclosed with your card upon sending.
Customers who cancel their GAICA Prepaid Card (with Flex functionality) before mileage accrual will no longer be eligible for miles.
Money loading fees do not apply when loading your card with Japanese yen. Money loading fees apply when loading you card with foreign currencies.
Foreign currency amounts loaded onto cards can only be used in their respective currency zones. (U.S. dollars: Currency zone for U.S. dollars; Euros: Currency zone for euros; British pounds: Currency zone for British pounds; Australian dollars: Currency zone for Australian dollars)
If you have loaded your card with a foreign currency and use your card to make a payment in the respective currency zone, the payment amount will be deducted from your foreign currency balance as long as it is fully covered by that balance. However, if the payment amount is not fully covered by the foreign currency balance, it will be deducted from the Japanese yen balance instead.
A currency exchange fee will apply for payments deducted from the Japanese yen balance for purchases made outside Japan.

GAICA is a service provided by APLUS Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "APLUS") and is not a product of Shinsei Bank, Ltd (hereafter referred to as "this bank").
GAICA is not a product for the purpose of currency exchange transactions carried out by this bank or other banks.
GAICA is not a deposit, savings, or fixed-term deposit account (i.e., it cannot be loaded with cash directly).
GAICA is not eligible for the insurance money payments stipulated in the Deposit Insurance Act and Agricultural and Fishery Cooperation Savings Insurance Act.
A performance bond system has been established in accordance with fund settlement-related laws in order to safeguard these laws and to provide protection to those who have been issued a GAICA card by APLUS and are permitted to use it (hereafter referred to as "members"). GAICA members have the right to receive a refund from the performance bond pursuant to their GAICA balance upon exercising their rights as stipulated in the fund settlement-related laws.

Applications can only be made through this bank's online banking website (Shinsei PowerDirect). Applications cannot be made over the telephone or at branches. Please understand that this bank cannot bear any responsibility for cases in which an application cannot be made on the Shinsei PowerDirect website due to a system-related matter or similar.
All GAICA transactions will be performed between the customer and APLUS, and therefore this bank cannot bear any responsibility for them. ANA miles will be accrued by the end of the 2nd month following the month in which the loan was executed.
If several applications are made, the last application submitted will apply.
If an application is also made for another program/promotion which cannot be used in conjunction with similar programs/promotions, the last application submitted will apply.
