*Limits apply to the viewing of online videos and the downloading or uploading of large amounts of data.

*Please download ANA app before flight. It cannot be downloaded during flight.

This service is only available on flights where the operating aircraft is installed with the relevant connection equipment. Please note that operating aircraft are subject to change and that the service may become unavailable.

On aircraft configured for international service, personal monitor contents are available. Furthermore, in-flight Wi-Fi internet access is available on flights operated by A320 (32P) and on selected flights operated by B787-8 (78M).

*LIVE TV is not available.

At the Airport

The ANA Wi-Fi Service is available on aircraft which have ANA Wi-Fi Service stickers affixed next to the main cabin door and on the inner wall panels of the aircraft.
