Since the boarding gate check-in counters might be subject to change, please check at the airport to the day of departure.

The lounges on G-Level (Level 4) are located before Immigration. LH lounges at H-Level (Level 5) are located after Immigration. It is recommended to use lounge on H-Level since this lounge is closer to the ANA Departure Gate.In case of using lounges on G-Level, please proceed to boarding gate with plenty of time to pass Immigration.

A value-added tax (VAT) is applied to items purchased in Germany or other EU countries, but visitors may apply for the refund of the tax.

Show the purchased item, your passport, boarding pass and Tax Refund Check to the Customs official at departure and have the check stamped.

Go to H-level, one floor down from the arrival floor, complete the immigration process and process to “Gate G, K” as shown by the display. Then go through Customs for carry-on baggage, pass through Security Check, if the connecting flight departure from “Gate G” proceed to the boarding gate at G-level”. If the connecting flight departure from “Gate K”, please take the shuttle bus from G-level to satellite, then posseted to the boarding gate at K-level.

Go to H-level, one floor down from the arrival floor, go through Security Check if the connecting flight departure from Gate H, and proceed to the boarding gate at H-level. If the connecting flight departure from “Gate L”, please take the shuttle bus from H-level” to satellite, then proceed to the boarding gate at “Gate L”. (You do not need to go through Immigration located at the near left side of Security Check.)

Please proceed to "Gate H" as shown by the display from the arrival floor.Go to H-Level, one floor up from the arrival floor, go through Immigration, and proceed to the boarding gate for your ANA flight.

The boarding gate varies with the country of departure.In any case, please proceed to the boarding gate for the ANA flight following the display of "Gate H."Depending upon the country of departure, Security Check may be applied.

The establishment of the EU and the tying of the Schengen Agreement have greatly simplified entry and departure procedures within Europe. The Schengen Agreement was first signed in 1985 in Schengen, a small town in Luxembourg, and implemented in 1995.

When traveling from a Schengen country via another Schengen country.

The departure procedures are taken only in the last Schengen country to be departed from. The customs inspection is made at the destination country.

Example: Madrid(Spain) to Haneda(Japan) via Frankfurt(Germany)

The departure procedures are taken in Frankfurt(Germany), and customs inspection done in Haneda(Japan).
