Arriving passengers should proceed to quarantine, immigration, the baggage claim area and then customs, which are all located on the 1st floor of Terminal A. On the 1st floor, there is also a currency exchange booth, escalators and elevators.

Airport map information

On the 2nd floor of Terminal A, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters (B8 to B12). After check-in, departing passengers should proceed to quarantine, customs, immigration, and then security or the priority security lane. On the 2nd floor, there is also an information counter, a currency exchange booth, escalators from the 1st floor, a passageway to Terminal B (China domestic flights), and an elevator to the First Class Lounge on the 3rd floor.

Time required: Approx. 60 minutes
Fare: 20 yuan
Operating hours: 8:20 to 1:50 (following day) (20 to 30 minute intervals)

Long-distance Bus

Boarding point: Near Exit 8 on the first floor

Long-distance buses to destinations such as Shaoxing・Keqiao, Jinhua (Yiwu), Lishui, Huzhou, Jiaxing (Wuzhen), Taizhou, Zhousha, are also available

Time required: 72 minutes to Hangzhou Railway Station

Operating hours: 6:16 to 22:49 (5 to 10 minute intervals)

Fare: About 120 yuan to city center (nighttime, low-speed time, one-way or other fare increases may apply)
