Immigration is located on the 3rd floor (Level E2) of Arrival Concourse A. After passing through immigration, proceed via the 2nd floor (Level E1) to the 1st floor (Level E0). On the 1st floor (Level E0), there is the baggage claim area and customs, a currency exchange booth, an information counter, escalators and elevators. Upon leaving the building, there are bus stops and the train station.

The ANA check-in counters are located on the 2nd floor (Level E1) of Concourse A. After check-in, proceed to security and immigration. On the 2nd floor (Level E1), there is also a currency exchange booth, a transfer bridge between Concourse A and B, and escalators and elevators up to the Lufthansa Business Lounge and the Lufthansa Senator Lounge. Passengers who wish to apply for VAT refunds for items in their checked baggage should perform the procedures at the VAT refund counter (Zoll) next to counter 192 in Hall B. Passengers who wish to apply for VAT refunds for items in their carry-on baggage should first check in and then perform the procedures at counter 32 in Hall B (after passing through security).

Security is located on the 3rd floor (Level E2) of Concourse A. After passing through security, proceed to the 2nd floor (Level E1) on Concourse A. After passing through immigration, passengers connecting to flights departing from Concourse A should proceed directly to their boarding gate on Concourse A. Passengers connecting to flights departing from Concourse B should proceed to Concourse B via the transfer bridge between Concourse A and B. On the 2nd floor (Level E1) of Concourse A, there is also a currency exchange booth, escalators and elevators up to the Lufthansa Business Lounge and the Lufthansa Senator Lounge, and the Eurowings (EW) transit counter.
