Airport Guide for Haneda Airport Terminal 1

Due to the renewal of the passenger service system for Japan domestic flights from May 19, 2026, there will be some service restrictions on Japan domestic flights during the system transition period. For details, please refer to the webpage about service limitations during the system transition period.
Customers traveling on StarFlyer-operated codeshare flights departing from Tokyo (Haneda)

Your flight will arrive at/depart from Haneda Airport Terminal 1. Please use departure security checkpoint A.
From October 25, 2020, all codeshare flights operated by StarFlyer to/from Haneda Airport use Terminal 1.

The StarFlyer counter is no longer process reservations, purchases, refunds and other requests for ANA flight tickets boarding on or after May 19, 2026.
Boarding procedures can be completed via the Online Check-in or the StarFlyer Counter.
