Inquiries for Forgotten Articles and Delayed or Damaged Baggage (International Flights)

Any items that are left behind by passengers on ANA-operated international flights will be kept at the arrival airport. If you think that you may have left an item on such a flight, please contact your arrival airport.
Items that are found inside airport facilities (and not the cabin) may be kept at the airport building or the police station. If you think that you may have lost an item while at such a facility, please confirm the contact details for the airport building and police station and then make an inquiry.
If you travel on an ANA-operated international flight and then notice that your baggage is damaged after leaving the airport, please send an email to your arrival airport within the declaration period (7 days counting from the day after claiming your baggage).
