Your checked baggage will be delivered to your home or a designated destination without the need to claim it at the arrival airport.

Convenient Home Delivery from the Airport

Request for the Takku-bin service when you check in your baggage. * No later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time

STEP2

Arrival Airport

You can simply leave for the next destination without having to pick up your baggage at the arrival airport.

STEP3

Specify your home or another location

You can receive your baggage at home, a hotel or any other designated location.

Customers who wish delivery on the day of arrival

Same-day Delivery Service (Super Takku-bin) - For flights arriving before 11:00 -

  • Baggage will be delivered to your accommodation (includes hotels and Japanese inns, but excludes vacation rentals) on the day of your arrival.
  • Arrival airports offering same-day delivery service
    Sapporo (New Chitose), Tokyo (Haneda), Nagoya (Chubu), Osaka (Itami), Osaka (Kansai), Fukuoka, Okinawa (Naha)
  • The delivery service is limited to certain areas.
  • Baggage may not be delivered on the same day should there be a flight delay.

Customers who wish delivery on the day after arrival or a designated later date

Next-day Delivery Service (Kaisoku Takku-bin) - Baggage delivered at a designated time -

  • Baggage will be delivered to your home or a designated location on the next day of your arrival or a designated later date.
  • You can choose your preferred delivery time frame.
    Please select a time frame from among the following: In the Morning, 14:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 20:00, or 19:00 to 21:00.
  • The delivery service is limited to certain areas.
Service Details
Charge Super Takku-bin: JPY 2,000 (including consumption tax)per piece payable by the consignor
Kaisoku Takku-bin: JPY 1,000 (including consumption tax) per piece payable by the consignor
Payment Cash or ANA travel vouchers
Procedure After completing your check-in, please request for the Takku-bin service when you check in your baggage.
Baggage should be checked in no later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
Quantity, Size, Weight

Quantity: A maximum of three items per person
Size: Total linear dimensions must be within 203 cm *1
Weight: Each item must not exceed 25 kg *2

  1. *1 Some ANA flights (operated with Q4A) as well as flights operated by IBEX Airlines and Oriental Air Bridge are operated using small-capacity aircraft. Therefore, in some cases your baggage may not be accepted even if it falls within 203 cm for the total linear dimensions.
    Please check the maximum combined linear dimensions of baggage for each aircraft type.
  2. *2 Baggage exceeding 25 kg per piece cannot be accepted for Takku-bin (Home Delivery) service. The weight of the Takku-bin is included in the total weight of checked baggage.
    Baggage exceeding the baggage allowance will incur an excess baggage charge. Even if you have an international flight ticket and international baggage rules apply, each piece of baggage must fall within the 25 kg weight limit to be accepted as Takku-bin (Home Delivery) baggage.

Takku-bin charge: JPY 1,000 x 3 items = JPY 3,000
Excess baggage charge: 10 kg → JPY 2,500

Takku-bin charge: JPY 1,000 x 1 item = JPY 1,000

Items that may get damaged (may get worn out)

  • Electrical appliances (personal computers, cameras, video cameras, precision machines, etc.)
  • Liquid (alcohol, drinking water, glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles, etc.)
  • Perishable food items, garden plants, seedlings, fresh flowers, frozen or refrigerated items, and other items which easily corrode or discolor
  • Glassware, pottery, etc.
  • Electric wheelchairs, bicycles (including folding types), surfboards, bows, etc.
  • Musical instruments
  • Golf bags, skis, snowboards
    (These items can be accepted if packaged in a special commercially available cover.)

Valuables or high-priced articles

  • Cash, precious metals, jewelry, securities, artwork and antique items, clocks, etc.

Dangerous goods

  • Firearms, swords, explosives and other highly combustible goods
  • Goods prohibited by law or governmental requests from being loaded or transported on aircraft

Other

  • Golf clubs, ski equipment, etc., to be used the day after the scheduled delivery date
  • Living creatures such as animals and insects, including pets
  • Items ANA deems unsuitable for transport as Kaisoku Takku-bin (Home Delivery) baggage
Notes
  • Customers traveling on ANA flights can use this service to have their baggage transported by an express delivery provider.
  • ANA's Conditions of Carriage - Domestic Passengers and Baggage - applies to the air transport sector while the Conditions of Carriage of Courier Service (Takkubin) applies to the ground transport sector.
  • In the event of a delay during air or ground transportation due to weather conditions, traffic conditions or similar, your specified delivery date/time may not be met.
  • Due to the impact of natural disasters, handling has been suspended or deliveries have been delayed in some areas.
  • This service is not available to passengers who have purchased a ticket for IBEX Airlines, StarFlyer, or Oriental Air Bridge.
  • Connecting flights are accepted only if the itinerary is on the same day.
  • Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the business hours of the ANA Kaisoku Takku-bin (Home Delivery) Center are now 09:00 to 18:00.
