Airport, Lounge and In-Flight Services

Due to the temporary reduction in flights caused by falling passenger demand, some airport counters may either be closed temporarily or operating at different hours.

Even when completing check-in online or at a self-service check-in machine, passengers using the following routes must bring the documentation and other items stipulated in the entry conditions for the country in question to a check-in counter for confirmation afterwards. Please go to a staffed check-in counter at the airport to receive your boarding pass.
However, even for the following routes, passengers who have completed ANA Travel Ready (Advance travel document confirmation) will be able to issue a boarding pass after online check-in, or at a self-service check-in machine.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport issued an order to ask passengers with fever to refrain from using airplanes, to prevent the expansion of COVID-19. We have therefore installed thermographs at certain airports at the request of the ministry to check the body temperature of passengers boarding our aircraft. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, current service provided are subject to change to comply with the applicable laws/ordinances and travel conditions of the relevant country and/or your destination. Please make sure to contact the quarantine office, embassy, etc., of the departure and destination countries/regions to find out what documentation is required to import/export your pet and prepare all of this documentation in advance. This may include an export quarantine certificate, health certificate, and import certificate.

Japan domestic in-flight sales items can be purchased via ANA STORE@SKY, an online store accessible when using in-flight Wi-Fi or the Wi-Fi service in ANA lounges.

Our in-flight duty free sales service and pre-order service for international flights will restart as of December 10, 2020. In consideration of hygiene, we will implement the following infection prevention measures.

The provision of newspapers and magazines will be suspended.

By request of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we have been making an on-board announcement on some flights asking passengers with symptoms, such as a cough or fever or those taking cough or fever medication, to report to an airport quarantine inspector upon arrival.

Certain anti-bacterial air sanitizers used to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and similar infections are not permitted for air transport.

Health cards containing information regarding the dedicated online questionnaire created by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and quarantine stations are being distributed on board flights arriving in Japan.

There are no restriction or suspension of alcohol services in ANA owned lounges.

No changes to opening hours of ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE aside from above airports.

Due to closure of TIAT Shower room at Terminal 2 and 3, shower service is not available.
