Service Overview
This service offers a seamless travel experience by integrating up-to-date flight status information and location information such as the terminal, boarding gate and security checkpoint with transit planner search services to provide you with comprehensive route information for your entire journey. This covers getting to the departure airport and onto your flight, as well as traveling onward to your final destination after disembarkation. Thanks to our partnerships with ground transportation providers*1, you can also reserve and purchase tickets for getting to your departure airport*2.

Eligible Flights
Japan Domestic Flights
ANA-operated flights or codeshare flights with an ANA flight number operated by our partner airlines (aircraft and crew)
International Flights
ANA-operated flights (excludes codeshare flights operated by other airlines)
- Airport access searches are not available for airports outside Japan.
How to Use This Service
After reserving your ANA flight tickets, go to the Reservations screen on the official ANA app My Booking or the Reservation Details screen on the ANA website, and then go to the Airport Access page. Enter your start point and destination, and search how to get to the airport.

Airport Access Search Results
As well as information on how to travel to/from the airport in keeping with the scheduled departure/arrival time of your reserved flight, you can also confirm information such as the terminal, security checkpoint, airport map, boarding gate number, and flight status.
- The information available will differ depending on your flight. Please also note that this information will only be available during certain times.

- For arrivals at Haneda Airport, this is only available from 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time (local time). Confirmed terminal information will be provided once again 2 hours before the arrival of your flight, as terminals are subject to change due to flight status on the day.

Partnerships with Ground Transportation and Various Other Service Providers
You can easily purchase the train and bus tickets that are available for the route for which you have searched.*
You can also enjoy excellent ticket deals that are exclusively available through Airport Access.
Furthermore, Airport Access provides information on hotel and rental car services in the vicinity of the destination airport to make your journey even smoother.

You can reserve and purchase tickets for the Keisei Skyliner, a rapid train service connecting downtown Tokyo with Narita Airport. By reserving and purchasing your tickets seamlessly through Airport Access, you will also get a discount of JPY 270 (children: JPY 150) on the standard Skyliner ticket price.
Purchase period
From 30 days before travel up to the day of travel
You can immediately go to Japan Bus Online and reserve and purchase the airport shuttle bus tickets shown in the Airport Access search results. The routes available are gradually being increased.

The same-day delivery service transports baggage between the airport and hotels.
Available for flights to and from Naha airport with “Airport Access”.

Delivery charges
A fixed charge of JPY 100 applies to all baggage regardless of size.(The time-limited campaign price* is scheduled to last until December 31, 2020.)

Available to purchase through Airport Access, the Tokyo Subway Ticket is a cheap and convenient special passenger ticket which enables tourists to enjoy unlimited travel on a total of 13 lines, namely all 9 Tokyo Metro lines and all 4 Toei Subway lines.
When using Airport Access, you can purchase the Common One-day Ticket for Tokyo Metro & Toei Subway (which is sold at Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations) for an even cheaper price.
Eligible Flights
Flights to Haneda and Narita airports
After searching for routes that include JR Kyushu Shinkansen bullet trains or limited express trains, a button for purchasing tickets thereof will be displayed. Upon clicking this button, you will be transferred to the JR Kyushu online reservations website where you can reserve and purchase tickets.
