Changes to Zones for ANA Partner Airline Flight Awards
Thank you very much for your patronage of ANA and the ANA Mileage Club.
For tickets issued from October 24, 2019 onward, the zones for ANA Partner Airline Flight Awards will be partly changed.
Please see the details for the handling of reservations and tickets in line with these changes.
Start Date
These changes will apply for flight awards issued from 0:00 (JST) on October 24, 2019 onward.
Even if a reservation was made before the start date, if the ticket is issued on/after October 24, 2019(JST), the required mileage and Terms and Conditions after the change will apply.

- Application for Flight Awards
The required mileage will be that effective on the ticket issuance date of the flight award. - Changes after Ticketing
When making changes to an unused flight award, differences may arise based on the required mileage, Terms and Conditions, fuel surcharges, and other charges/taxes that are effective on the date the change is made. If adjustment is necessary, you will be notified at the time of the reservation change. - Refunds for Unused Flight Awards
For details, refer to Refunds for Unused Awards. - There may be other conditions in place. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for partner airline flight awards.
