Due to maintenance of the one-time password authentication email distribution system and Flight information notification Service, e-mail, SMS, ANA App push notification distributions will be suspended on the following dates and times.

During the maintenance period,Flight information will not be sent. (Excluding international flights）Please check the "Flight status" (Domestic / International)

During the maintenance period, one time password emails will not be sent and will not be available. Please use the services that require one time password authentications after the maintenance is completed.

If you perform procedures that require one time password authentication during the maintenance period, you will be redirected to the one time password authentication screen, but the one time password email will not be sent.
