Passengers Who Would like to Change Their Reservation Again to an Applicable Non-Scheduled Flight

Thank you very much for your continued and loyal support of ANA.

 

We would like to apologize for the significant amount of inconvenience we have caused by reducing flights on certain routes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Some of our non-scheduled flights have been added to sectors on which flights have already been canceled, and will be operated on the same day and around the same time as the canceled flights.

If you have changed your reservation due to your flight being canceled, but would like to change it again to one of these non-scheduled flights, you will be able to do so without paying any handling fees.

If you would like to change to one of these flights, please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center.

    Handling fees will be waived for changes only if there is a vacant seat on a non-scheduled flight to be operated on the same sector and around the same time as a canceled flight.

    As for changes to other flights, you will be able to make your change on the ANA website after paying a fixed handling fee.

    If you have already canceled your reservation, please make a new one.
