ANA Mileage Club members residing outside Japan can redeem miles for Hotels.com e-Gift Card.
How To Apply
Please select either the 12,000 miles or 24,000 miles option above. You will be directed to the application page.
- A valid email address is required to apply and redeem your miles.
- Please note that applications cannot be accepted during below term.

How to Use Your e-Gift Card
Step 1: Your e-Gift card redemption code and PIN are sent to you seven days after you request redemption.
- The PIN should be an 8-digit code. If you receive a 7-digit PIN, please add 0 (zero) at the beginning of the 7 digits (e.g., if the code is 1234567, use 01234567).
Step 2: Log in to the ANA Website and go to “e-Gift Card Redemption Code Review.”
Step 3: Enter your e-Gift Card Redemption Code and PIN at the Hotels.com U.S. website when paying online in US$.
- You must register at Hotels.com.
- If you are using one e-Gift Card per payment, please enter your e-Gift Card Redemption Code and PIN at Hotels.com
- If you are using two or more e-Gift Cards per payment, please call Hotels.com on +1-888-999-4468 after registering on Hotels.com but before making a reservation.
Terms & Conditions
- e-Gift Cards must be used within 12 months of applying.
- Please ensure the following browser settings when using the Hotels.com U.S. website:
- Language: English
- Country: United States
- Currency: USD
- If you do not select these settings, you may be directed to another country site for Hotels.com and you will be unable to use your e-Gift Card upon payment.
- If you cancel your booking paid for with an e-Gift Card within the free cancellation period, the amount you paid by your e-Gift Card for your booking will be refunded on a new e-Gift Card and Hotels.com will e-mail you.
- The e-Gift Card is only valid for online payment at Hotels.com.
- The mileage expiration date is based on Japan time.
- Once your application has been accepted, no cancellations or mileage refunds are allowed.
- Your e-Gift Card is only valid when you pay online in advance. It may not be used when paying at the hotel.
- Mileage pooling through ANA Family Account service is not permitted.
- ANA and Hotels.com are not responsible for any theft or loss of your e-Gift Card.
- Your e-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- Your e-Gift Card is not a physical card. Not a credit or debit card. Not reloadable.
- CARDCO CXXXIX, Inc. is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. CARDCO may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CARDCO, will be sole obligor to card owner. Use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

How to Enter Redemption Code and PIN
- Select the "Gift Card" tab located in Payment Details.
- Enter your e-Gift Card Redemption Code inside the "Enter gift card number (16 digits)" form.
- Enter your PIN inside the "Enter gift card PIN code (8 digits)" form.
